Who can play

To join Croco Casino you need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is lower, and you need to be somewhere online gaming is allowed. Checking the law where you are is your job, and we do not give legal advice. Any play by a minor is void and no winnings are paid out.

Each time you visit the casino, use your account or accept a prize, you agree to the version of these rules that is live at that moment.

Your account

When you sign up, give us your real first and last name, email, street address (no PO boxes), city, region, postcode, country, phone number and date of birth. Keep these details current. Later we may ask where your money comes from, including how an e-wallet was funded.

You can hold only one account, and it is for your use alone. Never let anyone else log in, play, bet or collect winnings on it. Keep your account number and password private, because we are not responsible for activity by someone who learned them from you. If we find several accounts belonging to one person, we may close all of them and remove the related funds, bonuses and winnings.

Fair play

Bets go only through our website or our casino software. Robots and other automated systems are banned, and so is any other method built to beat the casino. If money lands in your account by mistake, tell us straight away, because it is not yours to keep. When your screen and our server disagree about a result, the server record counts.

Deposits and cash-outs

Deposits are accepted only from accounts in the registered holder's name, and a card issued in another person's name cannot be used. To meet anti-money-laundering rules, deposited funds must be played through at least once before a cash-out.

The smallest cash-out is £100, depending on the methods open to you, and the most you can withdraw is £7,500 per week. Larger amounts are paid in weekly parts. Banks and payment firms can sometimes add delays that we cannot control.

Bonuses

Bonus funds follow our separate bonus rules. Winnings from a bonus taken without any cash deposit are capped at £180, and anything above that is removed. A player found abusing a bonus loses the right to the related winnings.

Closing and dormant accounts

We can refuse access or close an account, for example if registration details are false, someone else plays on the account, a promotion is cashed in early, or cheating is found. When we close an account for our own reasons, we pay out the balance it holds.

An account with no login for twelve months in a row is treated as dormant, and its remaining balance is forfeited.

Conduct and disputes

Abusive or offensive language towards our staff is not tolerated and can lead to a suspension. If there is a dispute about your account or your winnings, our decision is final.
